I studied Public Health Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University and am very interested in how our lifestyle choices, particularly those around diet, affect our health and wellbeing.
Earlier in my career I delivered weight loss programmes and also developed a Healthy Eating Award for businesses in Kent. I have been a member of World Cancer Research Fund’s Health Information team since 2011.
I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking and trying out new recipes.
